Réserve rosé dry

Traditional Method

Grape varietes

The blend is mostly composed of Gamay, Cinsault and Cabernet. The proportion of each grape variety necessarily changes every year to maintain Réserve Rosé's style.

Winemaking

Réserve rosé was produced according to the traditional method.
It was aged in the coolness of our premises for a minimum of 9 months.

Tasting notes

This lovely salmon pink wine with fine bubbles has an expressive and fruity nose with red fruit aromas.

Very soft to the taste with unctuous fruitiness.
This premium mousseux finishes with a touch of sweetness.

Food and wine pairing

Drink as an aperitif, during a cocktail, with an exotic dish, red meat like duck breast with red fruit, white meat or dessert.
